Corporate Governance
Our Corporate Governance Framework constitutes five Pillars, which are intended to serve the interests of our partners, and other key stakeholders, by maintaining systems that ensure the highest levels of responsibility, integrity and legal compliance across our businesses and projects. The Pillars are:

(ii) Ethics and Transparency
(iii) Performance Management and Accountability
(iv) Cultural Environment and
(v) Board Oversight.
In addition, the framework sets forth our expectations on the directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors and other individuals, who represent, work for us or on our behalf. We believe it is our responsibility to seek to understand and be understood by our stakeholders and our clients – a diverse group of individuals and organizations who can impact or be impacted by our activities.
